Placed between the Quenching Box and the Cooling Bed, ASPM manufactures supreme quality Flying Shear to cater the Rebar, TMT and Wire Rod Mill. It is exclusively known for cutting / shearing the heavy metal bars. The bars are cut to cooling bed lengths as per requirement.
Our Flying Shear is used to cut the material of various sizes, in different lengths of shearing machines with flying arm effects. Crank type flying shears are used for cutting finished stock of 10 to 70mm size. The cranks ensured a clean cut on the severed ends and will not required de-burring of the ends.
